Working Smarter

Comprehensive and Reimbursable

At Diabetes Testing Centers (DTC), we know diabetes care isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why we offer a variety of diagnostic assessments to help clinics manage diabetes, from early detection to treating complex complications. Our tailored approach improves patient outcomes while boosting clinic performance.

Smaller Clinics (Pick One)

For smaller clinics, we focus on essential and reimbursable assessments that are easy to implement, such as:

Larger Clinics (Pick Two)

Larger clinics can offer advanced testing to address quality measures including:

Start Small & Make a BIG Impact

Even implementing one key diagnostic—like cardiovascular risk screening, neuropathy testing, or diabetic retinopathy detection—can significantly improve patient outcomes and increase revenue. For example, using a portable AI fundus camera to detect diabetic retinopathy takes under 60 seconds, closes care gaps, and earns valuable rebates from health plans.

Revenue That Works for You

Our solutions not only improve patient care but also drive financial growth. Reimbursable diagnostics under Medicare and Medicaid make these essential services accessible while generating revenue for your clinic.

Whether you’re a small practice or a large healthcare provider, DTC’s flexible approach makes managing diabetes care simple, effective, and profitable.

Provider Bundles

All of our Provider Bundles are based on devices reviewed and recognized by the FDA to ensure safety, effectiveness, and clinical outcomes.

Identify Risks Early

Diabetes Testing Centers (DTC) offers a range of comprehensive provider bundles specifically designed for various medical specialties. These bundles seamlessly integrate into existing workflows, enabling providers to deliver targeted, effective care without disruption. Each bundle includes assessments and therapies that meet the unique needs of patients managing diabetes and related chronic conditions, helping to enhance health outcomes.

DTC's approach addresses the high-risk morbidities and mortalities often associated with diabetes and related conditions, many of which can go unchecked without targeted care. By incorporating specialized assessments and management tools across medical specialties, DTC supports providers in delivering comprehensive, proactive care for patients with complex health needs.

These efforts aim to identify and address these conditions early, leading to improved health outcomes and more efficient care delivery. This efficiency ensures that healthcare providers' time and resources are used effectively, enhancing the overall care experience.

Identify Cardiovascular Conditions Early

Long COVID Consequences

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women, posing a significant risk to diabetes patients, as heart attacks and strokes can be fatal and overshadow other diabetes-related conditions. The risk is even higher for individuals who have had COVID-19, as the virus can worsen cardiovascular issues, leading to complications like myocarditis and blood clots. Therefore, testing for cardiovascular risk factors is critical for early identification and management, which can help prevent life-threatening events such as heart attacks or strokes with the CardioANS.

For individuals with Long COVID, especially those with cardiovascular symptoms, primary care testing is crucial to determine if comprehensive imaging, such as echocardiograms, is necessary to evaluate the left ventricle. Monitoring the left ventricle is essential for developing interventions to address the virus’s lasting cardiovascular effects. Additionally, cognitive assessments should be performed to address 'brain fog' in post-COVID patients.
